What’s the difference between Pro and Ultra?
Pro unlocks the live Cloud assistant and indicators on every symbol, with room for modest automation. Ultra keeps everything in Pro and raises Cloud budget, worker capacity, and custom-page limits for heavier desks.
Is Cloud AI included, or do I bring my own keys?
Platform plans include LLMCHARTS Cloud AI (Auto routes fast models and frontier when needed). You can still connect personal providers later — Cloud stays the default so you can start without wiring keys.
Does OKX trading volume replace a Pro subscription?
No. Volume through our invite can earn discounts or free months on your subscription — it does not replace Pro or Ultra access on its own.
Are marketplace packs included in Pro?
No. Creator packs in the community marketplace are billed separately (free or subscription per pack). Your platform plan covers the terminal, Cloud AI, and automation capacity.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are managed in Stripe — cancel or change interval from Billing in the dashboard. Access continues through the current paid period.
