How do I get started?

Create an account, open the terminal, and explore Free limits. Upgrade from Billing when you need Cloud AI on every symbol or higher automation caps. Overview: Platform · Pricing.

Is Cloud AI included, or do I bring my own keys?

Platform plans include LLMCHARTS Cloud AI (Auto routes fast models and frontier when needed). You can still connect personal providers later — Cloud stays the default so you can start without wiring keys.

What is Polaris, and is it investment advice?

MFM-1 Polaris is a market foundation model that forecasts K-line paths with uncertainty bands. Outputs are informational scenarios for research and chart narration — not trade signals or investment advice. See MFM-1 Polaris.

Does LLMCHARTS submit orders to my broker?

No. We are software only. The Execution Wizard runs on your machine or VPS, receives signals from the platform, and routes orders locally. Broker API keys never touch our backend.

Where do I download the Execution Wizard?

From the Execution Wizard download section (macOS, Windows, Linux placeholders until the first public build). Prefer a VPS for always-on routing; use this device for desk-side paper trading.

Are marketplace packs included in Pro?

No. Creator packs in the community marketplace are billed separately (free or subscription per pack). Your platform plan covers the terminal, Cloud AI, and automation capacity.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans are managed in Stripe — cancel or change interval from Billing in the dashboard. Access continues through the current paid period.

Does OKX volume replace a Pro subscription?

No. Volume through our invite can earn discounts or free months on your subscription — it does not replace Pro or Ultra access on its own.
